I came in because my laptop's screen was displaying color in a completely craptastic manner. These guys calibrated my monitor for free. Then when I asked them to do some graphic design work for me, they cost about 2/3 what my other place charges. Kudos! They were professional and friendly too. more

I think it's important to give credit where credit is due, and these guys were real life savers. My husband has been telling me I need to get a new computer and start backing up for the past six months. Of course, I kept putting it off. Murphy's Law and all, my hard drive crashed, and my husband who's pretty tech savvy couldn't get anything off it. We called around to data recovery services, and they were talking $500 to $2,000 for a complete recovery -- and probably not until after Christmas! My computer had important files, family pictures, etc., but I wasn't just I could justify the expense. Well, in comes PC Guru. In two days they got back 99% of my files and only charged $150. Now my Christmas cards can go out tomorrow. :) more

I left feeling taken advantage of. I was charged double what I was quoted for labor time, I was not given back my two .5 memory cards when I upgraded to2, 1 gig cards. My computer was put back together wrong so I had to bring it back the next day. Lastly when I finally got it back the second day it now has a scratch on the screen. Pros: Keith, was very friendly and nice Cons: service not up to par more
