Attention:\r \r I was a regular customer to Ozzy Auto Clinic in Peekskill, NY. However, every time I will go there for a service, such as an oil change, the employees will always say there’s a problem that needs immediate repair. My final service—never going back—was when I needed a car inspection; the employee made up some story that the brakes needed repair. For your information—I recently had them changed! Moreover, I spoke with Ozzy himself that day. So much for his “We value your comments.” My car inspection: Fail. I will rather seek an honest place than spend my hard-earned money there! I strongly not recommend this auto service to anyone—especially for those who have no idea about vehicle repair! [They] will seek to empty your pockets! \r \r Ps- Avoid Ozzy's Auto Clinic at all cost! No honesty! more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There is a GOOD REASON for why Ozzy has to advertise himself as ""The Honest Guy's"" That would be because he is DISHONEST AS HELL!!!!!!!!!! more

Hi, I would request you to stay away from Ozzy's auto clinc. Whenever you take your vehicle for inspection, they would lit down 7 to 10 issues and start negotiating the rates. I have been going to them for last two years and it has been a rip off past 1 year. Very recently I was given a estimate for $ 940 to complete the inspection and when I took it to another auto workshop, the whole cost was $ 80.00 + Inspection fee of $ 37.00. If anybody i interested , I can provide documentary proof regarding the rip off. more

I've been a customer of Ozzy's for quite some time. When I first entered, I was all set or some sort of runaround...but I was pleasantly surprised when not only did they take the time to explain the problems with my vehicle, but they also let me know that said problems were not a major issue, and that what I thought was going to be an astronomical bill was, in fact extremely reasonable. I recommended this place to quite a few people, and with ONE exception (this one guy thinks he knows everything there is to know, anyway, so his opinion meant nothing, really), everyone I recommended has been so pleased with the place that they are to this DAY steady customers! One fellow even consulted Ozzy's when he was buying a car for his daughter and brought it there to have it looked at. The crew spent over an hour on the car, taking it first for a test drive, checking the car nose to tail. It did need a few things, but he said no one pressured him to have the work done there. He told me that as he came to the front desk to pay for the consult, he was told ""no charge""... After thinking about it, he returned the next day and had them do the work. The price he paid was BELOW the estimate, because the fellow at the desk said he was applying coupons and discounts. I went in the following day to have an oil change done. I overheard another customer mention my name...turns out the fellow who had the work done on his daughter's car had already recommended Ozzy's to others. When you're good, you're GOOD! more

I live close and figured i would try them for an oil change and inspection, they would not honor there oil change special because they said I had specail order oil filter, and they said I needed brakes all around. more

Do not use this place! There is no ""quik fix"" here. Take your car in for brake pads, you'll ""need"" rotors. Conveniently, when I asked for my brake pads they were already disposed of. I dropped my car off for an alignment, 2 hours later i was called and told they couldn't ""loosen"" my tie rod and I'd need to buy a new one. I took my car to a familiar mechanic in my hometown and that tie rod came right off, no problem. Also, when they say an hour and a half, you can count on 3 hours. Don't hold your breath waiting on them to call when your car is finished either, you'll have to go back and be in their face waiting. more
