I've been a customer of Ozzy's for quite some time. When I first entered, I was all set or some sort of runaround...but I was pleasantly surprised when not only did they take the time to explain the problems with my vehicle, but they also let me know that said problems were not a major issue, and that what I thought was going to be an astronomical bill was, in fact extremely reasonable. I recommended this place to quite a few people, and with ONE exception (this one guy thinks he knows everything there is to know, anyway, so his opinion meant nothing, really), everyone I recommended has been so pleased with the place that they are to this DAY steady customers! One fellow even consulted Ozzy's when he was buying a car for his daughter and brought it there to have it looked at. The crew spent over an hour on the car, taking it first for a test drive, checking the car nose to tail. It did need a few things, but he said no one pressured him to have the work done there. He told me that as he came to the front desk to pay for the consult, he was told ""no charge""...
After thinking about it, he returned the next day and had them do the work. The price he paid was BELOW the estimate, because the fellow at the desk said he was applying coupons and discounts.
I went in the following day to have an oil change done. I overheard another customer mention my name...turns out the fellow who had the work done on his daughter's car had already recommended Ozzy's to others. When you're good, you're GOOD!
