Ozzi's Automotive Inc

I first started going to Ozzi's Automotive when the dealer told me that I needed a lot of work done on my Honda. My mother told me that I should take it to Ozzi's, where she took her Lexus. I did and they told me that I only needed one thing repaired. That was back in 2006, and I've never gone back to the dealer! I like Ozzi's because they are honest and won't fix anything that doesn't require fixing. I appreciate how they will let me know what will need fixing down the road so I can plan and prepare financially for it. Plus, they're very nice and professional. It's a great shop to go to! more

I love Ozzi's Automotive! I have been extremely pleased with everything that John and his crew have done for my Lexus. I love my car and want to baby it and take care of it as much as possible. I've done some price comparisons and just felt that an independent automotive repair guy would be the best person to work with me on my car especially somebody who is fairly close to my home and someone I view as extremely dependable and responsible and very attentive to the needs of female drivers. And John has done a terrific job on both of the Lexus cars I've owned over the past eight years. John is outstanding and the guys that work with him are terrific as well. Their customer service instincts are well above par. They have just a great sense of support within the community, they do some work with local baseball leagues that they support. They're just a great group of guys! I really appreciate being able to take my car somewhere where I can trust that it will be well maintained and taken care of. I just think Ozzi's Automotive has been very fair with his prices. The service is great and I never have to come back to get it fixed after. I'm always making referrals, and I found them on a referral. I just think that the quality of service is there, I mean you get what you're paying for. Plus, they are honest and courteous there.
