History and Mission Ozark Chiropractic Clinic and Health Spa Incorporated, founded in 1979, was one of the first clinics in Baton Rouge. It was the intention of Dr. Nelson to develop a clinic that put God first in his practice and to follow Jesus as a servant of many. Since the clinic's early years on Ozark Street, the practice has expanded to 3 doctors, a massage therapist, a respiratory therapist and 3 front desk personnel. We have a beautiful brick building at 1857 Wooddale Blvd. to serve you. There are 6 treatment rooms for our patient to insure little waiting. Come by and see us.
