i would like to let everyone know about my recent experience with oxmoortoyota!!!!! NEVER ENTER THEIR DOORS.\r \r to make a long & horrible experience shot as possible- i leased a 2012 scion there on april9,20113. corolyn gilbert, my salesperson with whom i had previous experience with, i trusted her. she insisted i take the car home the day i leased it. after i got home i didnt like anything about the deal. I called carolyn to tell her this,she was not in,left message to call, no call, finally got in touch with her the 3rd day she said my old car had been sold-UNBELIEVABLE. she said they would rewrite the contract for shorter time & less interest. i was foolish enough to sign it.\r \r time went by & i didn't hear a.ything from TFF so started calling them, they were telling me i didn't have a account with them more

This is the best experience I have had when my car needed repairs. It is stressful when the check engine light goes on. Eric was very polite and kind; he carefully explained what was needed and made special accommodations to help me. He helped me resolve a difficult and frustrating issue with my warranty; it was so helpful to have him work through this process. I will speak highly of him and Oxmoor Toyota because of how he helped me. Also, their shuttle service was very helpful for me and helped me make it to a meeting while they worked on my car! more

Bought a vehicle and when they said are you completely satisfied for the first time I remember buying a car I said yes. I heard varying stories in the past so was ""on my guard"" but everything was explained the whole way, no pressure, and all questions answered without any haggle or tension.\r \r Would recommend... Do Not Buy from Oxmoor Toyota 7/7/2009

Stay Away from Oxmoor Toyota!!!\r \r They did what they needed to in order to make their sale: but their level of manipulation and abusive sales tacticts are disgusting to me.\r \r I made it claer I was only looking. After a short test drive: where I really did not get a sense of how the car worked, the sales man started his pitch. After being treated like a stupid idiot, I started to walk out. The salesman apologized, stated he needed the sale, and asked what would make me stay.\r \r After a long drawn out negotiation; I agreed on the sale if we could finance through my bank. The salesman said he'd rather I finance through the dealership, but was fine w/my wanting to go through my bank.\r \r I went to see the dealer's finance guy: Ron Doak...the deal was horrible from here. Convieniently, the salesman was not avaialble to join us...when I began asking questions, the finance guy became annoyed and started to get louder. During our deal, he took a phone call from a friend about a party. I stated I was not happy with the numbers: amount to be financed was not was agreed upon w/the salesman. I was told, in a stearn voice, that the sale was final. I had already begun signing the contract, there was nothing he could do.\r \r I sat on the lot for about 10 mins....sick to my stomach....I walked back in, only to be told no one was availabe to discuss the contract with me. Reluctanly,\r I drove off the lot..and called back. I was told again: deal with it, the sale is complete.I expressed that I had concerns: The gas tank and trunk area were covered in dried mud....how could this have been missed on the 160 point certified inspection??(the dealership was preparing for Mario Lopez to arrive)\r \r I called Wed...the finance guy was off...the salesman wasn't available...\r I called Thursday and the finance guy began yelling at me over the phone...he intrrupted me, and called me stupid. He said he did not understand what I was having a problem with, as he explained everything to me\r I told him I wasn't going to argue with him, I was just trying to understand the situation and that I would be back to the dealership later that da, or Fri.\r \r I went Friday, and spoke to the sales manager, the salesman, and the finance guy: nothing was accomplished: I was offerd $100 and told my lawyer had to talk to their lawyer: So, at ""their"" suggestion: I have spoken to a lawyer.\r \r I have filed a complaint with Toyota's National Customer Relations Center in Torrance CA; the Better B B, and the Attorney General....so far\r \r *** Stay away from this dealership: Especially if you are female ***\r \r \r \r ** My issue is not w/the car itself: it is w/the abusive and deceitful selling practices which are condoned, and encouraged, by the current General Manager: John Barrera **\r \r Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything: abusive, liars, and immoral more
