Good: close to work.. Bad: i am from Ohio working out of state. had my wife and kids come spend a couple weeks and couldnt even let them go swimming without me, or with out payin...

Good: close to work.. Bad: i am from Ohio working out of state. had my wife and kids come spend a couple weeks and couldnt even let them go swimming without me, or with out paying 135.00$ to add my wife to my lease for two weeks. a/c is horrible and the balcony is falling apart. 10$ a month for trash is ridiculous.. Improvements: new balconys and new a/c units. new aplliances, the stove top is horrible.. more
