Go to another dealership for repairs! 3/26/2014

Stay clear of the service department! They charged me $100 for a diagnostic test before they would tell me what they thought the noise was. I felt I had no choice, so they did the test and quoted repairs that were $100 more expensive than the other two dealerships that I took the car to. AND, the other dealerships did not charge me a $100 diagnostic fee. I felt completely taken advantage of. more

We've always been happy with the professional service we have received at Oxendale Hyundai for our Santa Fe. They take a lot of pride in their workmanship, finishing all services with a car wash which is much appreciated! more

I have always had a pleasant experience at Oxendale Hyundai.....from the salesman I bought from in 2012 to the service I use routinely. They are the friendliest/nicest group of people in the industry that I have encountered and I'm in my 60's. I never felt so good buying a car. It's always a pleasant experience at the service department as well. I have recommended them to many. more

Quick service 2/11/2014

Had the starter go out in my 2011 Sonata. Had it towed into Flagstaff and was back on the road in a couple hours. I will likely schedule the maintenance appointments there while I'm in Flag as there was no pressure to do anything else like the big dealers here in Phoenix more

I think the cars put out by Hyundai are exceptionally engineered, perform well and get good mileage. They are so dashed good-looking too. The service department here in Flagstaff does well for us also. more
