Owl's Lab

I stopped by Owl's Lab the other day and seriously it is a hidden fashion gem! it carried all of my favorites designers like Tibi, Rebecca Minkoff, C&C, and J Brand. They had this amazing denim wall with all the latest styles and brands, i bought 4 pairs! The girls that worked there were so friendly and helped me pick things out and get me sizes when i was in the dressing room. It felt like i was getting a personalized, shopping experience. I highly reccomend checking it out! Pros: Great selection and location, right near Union Square! Cons: None! loved it! more

I think that woman whose review I just read is crazy. I love Owl's Lab. Its the cutest store and I shop there SPECIFICALLY because the girls are sooo sweet!!!! I live in the neighborhood and always go there to get something when I need something. Whatever is going on with that girl, she just feels like venting. I really hate people like that. Obviously its places like citysearch that people go to complain when they don't get their way. \r Anyway, I just wanted to stand up for one of my fave places to shop! They have alice and olivia, ella moss, j brand, botkier, rebecca minkoff, rebecca taylor, vince and all sorts of lines that are unique. LOVE IT :) Pros: lots of stuff Cons: not lots of stuff more

Stay away from Owl?s Lab in Union Square where the employees are mean and nasty, your correct size is never to be found, items are way overpriced and they DO NOT stand behind their merchandise; they will not exchange or even give you a store credit if it is past 10 days.\r \r I noticed a run, tear and hole in three out of the four items I bought at Owl?s Lab; when I went back to the store with my receipts in hand they would do nothing to help me and were extremely rude. I am an avid shopper and have NEVER had this kind of problem before where basically everything I purchased was damaged. My best advice, stick to the more reputable stores...you can buy the same merchandise at Saks, Bergdorf, Bloomies and Barney?s where the customer service is exceptional, they have a wide range of sizes, the customer is always RIGHT and their return policy is great. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else!\r more

I am a shopaholic who literally has been to every womens contmeporary store in Manhattan. I walked in to Owl's Lab and literally had to have everything! It's one of those stores that has everything in one place, think the best items from a department store already picked out and in one place. It's amazing.... Pros: The sales girls were very helpful, the store is very zen like Cons: they only have a few of every item if you like it buy it! more
