Dr. Charles E. Owens Jr. DDS has been providing quality dentistry to patients in Georgia since 1983. He originally began practicing in Atlanta but in 1987relocated to Fort Oglethorpe to raise his family. Dr. Owens and his wife Terri have 17 children and 25 grandchildren. They are also avid supporters of their church, community and local schools.
