If I could give zero stars I would. Took my car in for a premium wash and had to leave as soon as they wiped it down. Much to my dismay when I did a more thorough look I found spoiler was still dirtsy along with dirt around the doors, smugged side windows and a poorly vacuumed carpet. I went back and complained. The manager said because I had left he could not do anything and I got what I paid for. I was hot and called the owner. Days later I got a very apologetic call from the owner with the promise of a ""free carwash of the same value"". He said he would send the coupon to me. Needless to say he never sent it since I never received it. For a Premium Car Wash at more than your $5 wash the results were very poor and topped by the broken promise I recommend that you go elsewhere. I used to take all my cars to this place on a regular basis but after my experience no more. Dont waste your money. more

I am very unsatisfied... to the point that I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This place has slowly become one of the worst car wash establishments around. It has been tolerable up until this point but today I left there so mad and found this website to let everyone else know how horrible it is. About a month ago I drove up less than 5 minutes before 6:00p and just wanted the $5.00 drive through wash. They told me that they were closed. When I asked why the sign showed open he said that someone must have forgotten to turn it off so they couldn't wash my car that day. Okay, I'll give them that one. I wouldn't run a car wash that way, but perhaps my clock was a few minutes off. So I left. But today, I drove up to do the $5.00 drive through wash and someone came to my window and told me that I would need to wait for 10 minutes because they had only two people there and they haven't been busy all day. So I sat there for at least 15 minutes watching both of them dry one truck. Is that the way to run a business? It is a shame that we don't have many options in Owasso. more
