In December 2013 the SUV was serviced for a sensor that needed replaced. I would have assumed that at that time both sensors would have been checked because there was no way to determine which sensor was creating the problem. My disappointment comes with the labor charge the second time. First, the cost of labor is way out of line with other labor charges of similar providers. Second, I do not feel I should have been charged labor for the second visit since this problem most likely existed in December. In addition, do you realize that the labor alone was over 2 times the cost of the part? I believe that to be a little out of line. The quality of the work is never a question. However, the cost of that quality is not great. I know I can get the same work done at a better price. I am disappointed. I am sorry. To add to all this in January you charged me over $100.00 for windshield wiper blades that I know I could have gotten cheaper. twice I had to put the blade on the passenger side back on myself because it kept falling off. Prior to those two times you had to put it back on. I finally went somewhere else and they put the blade on (at no charge I might add) and I have not had a problem since. Due to the cost of labor alone I will need to seek out another business to complete any further repairs on the vehicle. I cannot afford the labor. I am sorry. Again, the quality of your work is outstanding. The cost is outrageous.
