Trust, Knowledge, and Customer Service 4/8/2015

In my life I have used around 15 different mechanics never completely trusting or feeling comfortable with price and or quality of work. Forget follow up because that never existed. In my first visit based on recommendation I have to say I am extremely impressed with this company's business model. Jim was more than helpful and followed up the next morning to make sure everything was ok. Something I have never experienced in 22 years of dealing with mechanics. To me that showed his work means something to him. I would not hesitate to bring your vehicle to this company. more

  • Over the Edge Auto is a busy auto body, maintenance, repair and collision restoration garage that has been since 2003. The shop is multifaceted: it repairs domestic and foreign cars for private individuals as well as doing fleet work - vehicle maintenance and repair for businesses and other organizations. Over the Edge specializes in Road Force or vibrational control work and offers towing services. In addition to routine repair and maintenance, Over the Edge offers vehicle amplification and beautification, from performance enhancement to custom graphics, painting, pin-striping and lettering. Owner Jim Mank collects, rebuilds and tricks out antique police cars as a hobby.
