They should have a zero or -5 stars. Our furnace wouldn't start one morning in the middle of winter. We called Out today. They sent a technician, hid did a small diagnostic then he told me that I need to change the control circuit. He asked for 1000$ to replace the control circuit. I did not believe him. He told me he has 30 years of experience and he knows what he is doing. I searched for the control circuit on the web and the most expansive was around 100$. So they wanted to charge 1000$ for a 100$ part. The I checked again the furnace I did my own diagnostic and I found that the pressure sensor did not work (thanks youtube). I ordered the sensor for 45$, replaced it and now all good. - So they want to charge 1000$ for a 100$ part - They told me the control circuit is defective while the pressure sensor was defective more

Thank you Outtoday! Jeff was very nice they came out and helped me with any concerns we had and fixed my problem. They where very polite they wore there shoe covers and even cleaned their mess up once they was complete with the work. They made sure that if I had any problem or any concerns that I had their number so I can get in touch with them at all times. more

I called OutToday to come look at my bathtub water pressure, which was very low. Graeme gave me several options to upgrade my system. He gave me options to replace my water heater and offered me a 10% discount. However i just did the basic. He was very nice, professional, and helped me with all my concerns. As he walked through my home he made sure his shoes were covered. He cleaned his mess up once he was finished with the job. Im overly pleased with the work that was done by OutToday. The workers were neatly dressed which makes for a good impression. They were courteous and very suggestive for other electrical work - which I had them do over and above the scheduled work. more

OutToday was fast and accurate. I called Day and Night, and this was the group that came out. Under the cabinet there was an air gap between the dish washer and the garbage disposal, it had been ripped out by someone, and they fixed that. They also looked at the hot water heater's leak and found an easy way to fix it. They finally got our hot water running. They were very clean and neat. more

OutToday team deserve 5 stars for job well done! Gary is the smooth operator who will return any questions, details, conerns asap via email (unheard of most electricians, plumbers.. etc) to coordinate the project to truck along! My apartment needed few odds and ends fixed from kitchen faucet realigning, tile re-coating, brick hole patching, floor and wall junction weatherproofing that the previous contractors neglected to even call me back on and poof, the job was done in two days by OutToday. Impressive! and the price was Oke! I highly recommend the professional, honest and timely mannered team and I will use them again for future improvements! more

Everyone from OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical was really good and very friendly. They answered all my questions when I had them, and they were on time. Everything was done professionally. There was no mess left behind; they cleaned everything up. They did a really good job. They were helpful and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone because I had no problems at all. Half of our power went out, and when we called OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical they came out within 2 hours. They checked everything out right away and told us what needed to be done, as well as giving an estimate. The electrician came out the next day. It took him 2 days to put everything in because he had to special order the living room heater. When I asked him to bring something to lock up the fuse box so that my 4 year old grandson couldn't get in, he was really good about it. He brought me a special fuse box and lock in order to insure that my grandson, who really likes to get into things, would be safe. Both the electrician and the guy who came out the first day were very friendly. OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical said that they will come out twice a year to check everything out in order to make sure it is working. They drain the water heater, and do everything that is needed, to maintain the 10 year warranty. more

It is the first time we have used OutToday. We had some outages in our lobby, and we called a different company but they didn't return our call after 2 days. OutToday came out the same day, and everything was all fixed and taken care. They were very thorough, polite, good workers. more

I had Outtoday Heating come out and replace my ignitor on my furnace. I woke up one morning and saw that my furnace was blowing luke warm air. I called Outtoday Heating becasue I saw there trucks in the area that I live in. Like the truck said "Outtoday" They came out the same day and advised me I will have to replace my furnace due to the age of it. I signed up for a maintanace agreement they offered me so that whay every year I can get my Yearl Inspection on it. I though was GREAT, Most company's I have come out never mention a cleaning every year on the furnace. So I'm glad I called them and will use them for sure in the future. more

Outtoday Plumbing is a very nice company, they came out and helped me with all my concerns. They left me with an invoice of what was done and proof that I paid. I had bad experiences with company's where they dont even give me an invoice. The work was done to my satisfaction. My basement pipe had busted and flooded my down stairs basement. With the fast service there wasnt to much water damage done which was a plus. They replaced that pipe for me and even stayed late to get the water up as much as they can. Job Well Done more
