We had gone to another Outback in a different state and had the new Wood-Fire Grilled steak and it was very good. Then we went to this location and the steak we got tasted like their regular every day steak. I asked our waitress if she was sure our steaks were Wood Fire steaks and she said yes, she could tell because of the black criss-crossed lines showing on the steaks. Wow, can't believe we got that as an answer. But she took my steak of the bill (the others elected to eat theirs) and the Manager came by and apologized and gave us a free dessert. But we won't go back there again.
