I have ordered prime rib, porterhouse steaks, although cooked correctly, rare, they seem to lack the weight as advertised on the menue. I have been told they shrink while cooking........although staek does shrink to some extent, it should not lose half it's weight being cooked rare! We brought in a scale on 2 different occasions and a 26oz. porterhouse became a 17oz and a the prime rib was 5oz short. They brought out more when we squawked but how many people just take it and don't know the difference. It seems this particular place is famous for this.
