After regularly eating at Outbacks around north Atlanta, we moved to Canton. The first time we attempted to eat there, we were seated quite promptly at the bar area. Our server passed us three times over the next 10 minutes. We finally got her attention and ordered drinks. After another 10 minutes and only 2 more passes by the waitress, we still didn't have our drinks. We got up and walked out - at which time the hostess who sat us said cheerfully ""good-bye, have a good night!"" It was obvious to me that the service was terrible, slow and unattentive. If they had been busy this would be tolerable but not even 1/3rd of the tables were full.\r

We tried going back there again. Waited 30 minutes after being told the wait was only 15 minutes. The waitress forgot to refill our drinks on two occasions, even after we requested refills. The food was average at best. Our entire stay at the restaraunt was well over two hours. Granted, it was a busy night, but their staffing problem should not translate into my dinner enjoyment problem...
Pros: You can always go to a different one for the same food with better service
Cons: Service, Service, Service
