OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical

Everyone from OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical was really good and very friendly. They answered all my questions when I had them, and they were on time. Everything was done professionally. There was no mess left behind; they cleaned everything up. They did a really good job. They were helpful and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone because I had no problems at all. Half of our power went out, and when we called OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical they came out within 2 hours. They checked everything out right away and told us what needed to be done, as well as giving an estimate. The electrician came out the next day. It took him 2 days to put everything in because he had to special order the living room heater. When I asked him to bring something to lock up the fuse box so that my 4 year old grandson couldn't get in, he was really good about it. He brought me a special fuse box and lock in order to insure that my grandson, who really likes to get into things, would be safe. Both the electrician and the guy who came out the first day were very friendly. OutToday Plumbing Heating & Electrical said that they will come out twice a year to check everything out in order to make sure it is working. They drain the water heater, and do everything that is needed, to maintain the 10 year warranty. more

It is the first time we have used OutToday. We had some outages in our lobby, and we called a different company but they didn't return our call after 2 days. OutToday came out the same day, and everything was all fixed and taken care. They were very thorough, polite, good workers. more

OutToday was very prompt in coming out; I was actually able to schedule them the next day after calling. They were very courteous. They put in a new furnace and electrical panel for me. They cut a hole in the pantry floor where a contractor was later going to make a hatch, but they took the wood piece with them. One of the guys cleaning up must have thought it was garbage. There was a lot of cold air coming out of the hole, so my boyfriend had to buy a piece of plywood to cover it up. That was really my only complaint. The contractor used that plywood we bought to make the hatch, and OutToday is going to give us the money for the piece of plywood. Otherwise the guys were really nice. Even though I said they didn't have to, because my carpet is stained and needs to be cleaned, they put down a piece of tarp and used foot covers. I was busy the day I called them, but they scheduled a visit for the next day. They were half an hour early that morning, so they are very prompt. I enjoyed them a lot. more

Outtoday came out to install an outlet in my room for my new plasma tv i just got. They were very fast and efficent. They cleaned up once they was done. Left me several options for the upgrades I'm going to get done in the furture. So Outtoday Electrical is first in my pocket book. more

I was very impressed with how fast it took Outtoday to install my baseboard heaters. The technician was very friendly, and respectful. He made sure he cleaned up after himself, and did not dirty our carpets, like other technicians would. Overall it was a good experince. more

Outtoday came out and replaced my bathroom fan. The fan was very old and all rusted out. Everytime I took a shower the walls would get sweaty and cause little small bubbles to form in the ceiling. So replaceing the fan helped me alot and saved me alot as well. I didnt want to have to replace the dry wall in the bathroom due to the water/steam damage. Thank You Outtoday more

I had Outtoday come out and replace my water heater and my furnace. The furnace was 15 years old and the water heater was 20 years old. They were due for an upgrade. The furnace kept shutting on and off and would not go no higher than 75 degrees. The water pressure in my house was very low and the water was coming out brown sometimes. The technician was very nice he understood my concerns and helped me with all my questions. Great job Outtoday! more

Thanks for the extremely competent service provided by outtoday by finding what was wrong with and fixing my garbage disposal that wouldn't work (which was jammed by a piece of glass) and further looking at the pipes and finding faulty connections which would have eventually led to future flooding. He was timely, friendly and really knew what he was doing. more

I had Outtoday Plumbing come out to my home and replace my toilet in my upstairs bathroom, and fix my leaking sink in the kitchen. The customer service rep was very nice from starters: she explained how they charged and the prices for them coming out. Due to me having surgery on my left ear i could barley hear and she was very patient with me. Once the technician arrived to my home he had his shoe covers on his clip board and his tools I can say he was ready to work. He sat me down and went over all the options I had to choose from. He diagnosed that my toilet had a crack in it, and that's what was causing it to leak. I figured that much I mean it was 15yrs old. So i agreed to replace it with a new one. Then for the kitchen sink there was a few fixtures that was not properly sealed. In the future I'll most definitely call OUTTODAY PLUMBING for any issues I come across. more

Everything was good with OutToday. They showed up on schedule and did the work. They installed the equipment, answered all our questions, and were pleasant and helpful. The installers knew their business. They did excellent work. We had OutToday put in a new air conditioner and furnace. I can only say the best things about them. Rodney, Mike, and, as my wife says, Courteous Chris, were the main installers for the unit. There were also 1 or 2 other helpers that came and went throughout the project. I would recommend them highly for anything. The experience was absolutely super in every aspect. We may very well call them again for service in the future. more
