If you?ve never been to Out of the Attic Antiques, you?ll be pleasantly surprised by its size and all the treasures that can be found inside! Don't let the outside of the store fool you into thinking the store is small on the inside. It is not!
With more than 10,000 square feet and over 50 dealers, the store offers a fine selection of quality antiques, collectibles, vintage and retro items ranging from 19th century Victorian picture frames to 70?s nostalgia.
Out of the Attic Antique owners, Glenn and Julie Lynch, started out as collectors and when the opportunity knocked to open their own store, they opened the door and never looked back. Now with over 100 dealers and consignees, the store is overflowing with everything from turn-of-the-century furniture to 45 records, from itty-bitty glove buttons of the 1930's to 1950's kitsch, from Depression glass to picnic baskets. The list goes on and on.
Contrary to the notion that antique stores are ?female and frilly?, you?ll find that Out of the Attic appeals equally to both the male and female collector, offering for example, vintage shaving gear, Star Wars collectibles and pub dcor for the guys and collectible kitchen, antique buttons and vintage clothing for the ladies. And children are only too happy to tag along with their parents as they shop for Hot Wheels classics and vintage board games.
In addition, Out of the Attic Antiques offers a wide category assortment that includes, but is not limited to, railroad, coins, stamps, celebrity autographs, Coke and Pepsi, World?s Fair, comic books, Fenton, Disney, clocks, old buttons, Depression glass, china, barware, militaria, maps, Barbie, cameras, records, postcards, antique toys, sports collectibles, ephemera, porcelain dolls, vintage linens, estate jewelry, religious items, oil and watercolor art, period furniture, Breweriana, glassware, classic video, radio and television, kitschy kitchen, primitives, political items, silver, miniatures and vintage clothing and accessories.
And if what you?re hunting for is not readily available, customers are encouraged to make an entry in The Wish Book, which is frequently reviewed by the dealers to find just the treasure you?re after.
Speaking of dealers, there is always room for one or two more and because of the unique store layout, dealers can choose from a single shelf, a showcase, open floor space or work with the owners to custom design the perfect space for you.
Open seven days a week, Out of the Attic Antiques also offers gift certificates and a lay-a-way program, accepts all major credit/debit cards, has ample parking (bus tours are most welcome) and many fine restaurants are nearby.
