Poor Customer Service 12/29/2005

The service deptartment opens at 7:00, but the technicians don't start work until 8:00! (Duh!) We took our Escape to Ourisman where we purchased the vehicle because it failed DMV's emission test. Ourisman supposedly fixed the emission problem, but the vehicle failed the emission test the second time around. So, back to Ourisman - as an angry customer. more

Repair Shop 12/29/2005

The repair shop opens at 7:00 (Monday-through Friday) but the mechanics don't start work until 8:00. There's an Enterprise Rental Car office on the premises, and they don't open until 7:30. You'd think they'd coordinate their start time! more
