It's hard to review this salon without mentioning it's owner. Kathy O. has worked so hard to make this a place special. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I only had the chance to live in Tualatin for 2 years but while there I had the pleasure of visiting her salon for a FABULOUS hair cut and style before an important event, a facial and I also tried out air-brush tanning. Our Personal Touch Salon is wonderful! I personally have been there for several of their services including air-brush tanning, hair services and even several massages. Each time I leave the salon I tell myself how great it is to have a full service salon right in my own neighborhood! I am always greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist and given prompt attention the minute I walk in the door. I have referred my husband, brother and both daughters to Our Personal Touch. They have each told me how they enjoyed their experiences and were so happy with the results. They are customers for life now! The decor is warm and contemporary and makes me feel very welcome. A good salon is hard to find - not anymore! more

Owner Kathy Ohannessian has done a tremendous job modernizing her salon and adding services that her customers have requested such as eyelash extensions and airbrush tanning. The salon is bright and open, and the low turnover rate of the staff speaks volumes. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Kim Quamen is my hair stylist. I have had strangers compliment my hair and ask me where I get my hair done. Also, the location is convenient--right in the heart of Tualatin between Boones Ferry and Martinazzi. more

I love coming to this salon to get my hair done. But that is not all I get done there. I can have my nails done, get a massage, get an awesome tan in minutes, and walk out of there looking fabulous. I love the staff there as well. They are always so cheerful and happy to see me, like I'm truly part of the family. I love the fact that I can go there and not just for my hair but to also buy all different kinds of things. It's definitely a one stop spot to look beautiful and uplift my mood. The place definitely has a great atmosphere. The people that work there are always willing to help me out if i ever have any questions and always so friendly. I would 110% recommend this salon to ANY of my friends and family. Kathy really does a great job. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! more

Love this salon. I have been a client here for years. The owner took my mom on short notice for my fathers funeral and made her hair the most beautiful it has ever been. My three brothers were astonished. My teenage girls love it too. This a a great place with a great talented staff. If you are looking for wonderful hair and everything else, this salon is it!!! more

My wife and I were looking for a new place to get our hair cut ,so we stoped by and Jacques told us he would give us both the best cut we will ever had. We were amazed.....his expertise and knowledge was over and above. I was surprised to know that I could also get a straight razor shave with my haircut. My wife was thrilled to find out about all of the other services available to her, i.e., massage, waxing, airbrush tanning, etc. We had just moved to the area and this is exactly what we were looking for. I'd recommend Our Personal Touch to everyone. The energy of the staff and great customer service really made the difference. more

I have been going to Our Personal Touch for at least 5 years and love my hairdresser. The salon has gone through some changes, which I don't think are positive. The front of the salon is messy and they sell trinkets. I miss the days when they sold hair, nail and makeup products. The new stations are small and you feel cramped. It is easy to be in peoples way. So if you are looking to buy produts that work with your hair along with your haircut forget it. If you want space this is not the place to be. That being said they do have some great hairdressers. If it weren't for my hairdresser I would not be there. more
