Otto is always fair to his customers, even if it means telling a customer that his bike isn't worth repairing. A sixty dollar department store bicycle is frequently more expensive to repair then the original purchase price. This is difficult for the uninformed to understand. Excellent repairs, good prices and FRIENDLY service. more

Yrs of reliable service from Otto 4/14/2012

Otto always tells it like it is, maybe that is what this other guy didn't like. He is awesome to loyal customers and really knows his stuff. He's gone the extra mile for me and also others I have known, been doing this forever and could not be nicer in my opinion. more
