DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!! I cannot even put into words how awful this place is. They did not ask us if we wanted insurance and we questioned the charge on the estimate. They said that it needs to be handled by Budget directly. They were wrong. They are rude and know how to work the system. I tried for months to fight the charges though the credit card, but they are savy and know how to work the system. My $30 a day rental for 4 days ended up being over $400. I cannot stress enough how much I would discourage anyone form using them. 1 star is too much!!!! Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

nasty to deal with 6/29/2009

The guy working there was so rude on the phone, and when I showed up, he gave me the same unpleasant attitude. He threw my credit card and driver's license back to me without saying please or thank you. He added $80 worth of insurance on my bill without even asking first if I needed it. Then he got angry when I told him that my policy already covers the rental. If I wasn't in a hurry, I definitely would not have given him my business. Just a nasty place in general. Pros: cheap Cons: rude and retarded more

With unparellel service and prices I cannot imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. \r \r I have actually been shocked at how inexpensive it has been to service my car (Usually I feel the opposite way!)\r \r Pros: Friendly, take time to explain everything, quick Cons: Nothing! more
