Its All My Fault! I'm The One To Blame! 12/30/2010

I'm the one who put this business under the wrong category! I tried to find a more appropriate category among the available choices, but this is the way it worked out and its all my fault. The Owner/Manager, Kenny Otto, does do alignments in fact whoever set his Website up put it under that category, but the main thrust of his business is "Sales"! He told me that he didn't want any vehicles leaving his lot that weren't dependable because he has been carrying the note and if a buyer has trouble with it before its paid off, they'd probably bring it back to him and he'd be stuck with it! Long story short, in my opinion Otto's Auto Sales should be under the "Automotive" category with the sub Category "New and Used Car/Truck Sales" and sub to that: "Auto Repair" And then under all of those should be "Wheel & Frame Alignment" But again, Its all my fault so I'm the one to blame for the category not being quite what it should have been! In spite of all of that though, I consider it an honorable privilege to have been the one to introduce Otto's Auto Sales to Judy's Book! I wish all the best to both! more

An Unforgettable Experience 12/29/2010

Good: The owner and manager of this business is Kenny Otto, one of the nicest men you would ever want to meet! Ken and I met for the first time a couple of days ago and we bonded as friends as if we had known one another always! Having attempted Online Internet Marketing ever since retiring in 2000, my computer skills are not too shabby, so I decided to try using them off line! Finding Ken working in the back with his front door open, I asked him if it would make him angry if I were to send him some customers!. Bad: So, what didn't I like? Long story short I learned that Ken had one of the nicest Websites anyone could ask for but no one was seeing it! I also learned that Ken's computer skills were far less than adequate! That's what I didn't like! Ken needs help and lots of it, so my goal is.... Improvements: What improvements would I like to see? I would like to see Ken find enough computer skilled friends to bring his Business Website Link up to Google's first page long enough for him to get enough satisfied customers to write positive reviews and keep it where it deserves to be! Ken is only a couple of months from his 70th birthday and I know nothing could make him happier than seeing customers, or even potential customers walk in his front door!. Other: For the past two days I've been doing what I can to get exposure to his Website and late in the day, I think we may have made a sale! A couple of young ladies -- perhaps mother and daughter came in showing great interest in one of his cars and I had Ken to pull his website up and show them where to fill out the application! I'm thinking they left with with full intentions to go home and fill out the application! We'll see!. more
