Excellent Service 7/13/2011

I had a very good experience working with Otto's to get my leaking dishwasher fixed. Polite and informative on the phone, easy to schedule with and ON TIME!, knowledgeable and fair. For the price, I couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend this company if you are located in the Bay Area. more

Avoid this business 2/3/2010

My experience as a customer was with the owner of the business - Otto. I was 2 minutes late returning his phone call for the service appointment - he was extremely rude on the phone, blamed me for not picking up my phone immediately, double booked some other person and never called back after promising to get back to me within 10 minutes. If the owner is so unprofessional, what can one expect from this business. Cons: Very rude with customers more

  • Our service rates are as follows. Service call $92.50(includes first 10min in home) Additional labor is $20 ea 15min ($80 p/h).Service call is good for 30 days. If the same problem returns, there is NO service call charged for return visit. Also, if the technician needs to order a part, there will be only 1 service call as well as additional labor & cost of parts, charged only when job completed. M-TH-8:00AM-5:00PM FRIDAY-8:00AM-3:00PM. We service Thermoform-Bosch- In-Sink-Erator- Kitchen Aid- Whirlpool- Kenmore- GE- Maytag- Jenn Air. We repair ovens- ranges- cook tops- microwaves- dishwashers- disposal- hot water dispensers- washers & dryers.
