This dealership seems to like harassing its customers. They give off a "Who cares" attitude about business. They are very sneaky with their prices so beware. Honestly, I will never do business with them. They'd rather have a customer go to another car dealership of a different brand than make a deal. If you wanna make a good deal on a car, this dealership is the last place you want to go to. more

Aweful Sales Manager 7/9/2011

The salesman we dealt with was very nice ... but then the sales manager came to us with the typical hard sales pitch, Then insulted us and stormed out. He lied about the NADA retail value and discounted the sales price exactly $500 to bring it down to the real retail value. Then got mad and defensive when we noticed. Needless to say we will never purchase a car there... Sleezy! more

SERVICE 9/13/2010

John in customer service needs some serious training in customer relations. His I don't care attitude is not very helpful. He had no answers for my questions either which tells me he has no experience in the service dept. Watch out for him when you visit Osteen Volvo. He is definitely a red flag for them. more

Personality plus for service 12/13/2006

I went here for service on the first day at their new location. Since they just moved I expected it to be a mess but everything was handled very well. They have a shuttle to take you to work and they also have a brochure of the prices for service imagine that! It is volkswagen so it is not dirt cheap but at least with the brochure there are no surprises. more
