A little bit of a drive for me but it offers a unique experience in Dever. An authentic Japanese soup house! All the serve at this small strip mall place is Ramen noodle soup. Get the idea of cup-o-noodles out of your head! This is ramen noodle soup the way it shoud be. The noodles are made fresh daily and served in several kinds of soup. The soups are made from flavorful broths and flavored with different ingredients, including a miso version. My favorite comes with slices of sashiu pork, a boiled egg, and bean sprouts. In the summer they offer a ramen noodle salad. Portions are huge. Also, a special bonus is the gyoza. Here they are small and plump, pan fried and have a sort of chewey/crunch quality that is unique from other gyoza I've had. I could get addicted to them if I came here too often!
Pros: inexpensive, simple and health, large portions
Cons: not much ambience, out of the way
