As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Dr.Watson was very nice and informative. I have a complicated case and have seen several different orthodontist but I have decided that Dr.Watson is the one. I feel very comfortable in his office and confident that I will have the smile Ive been looking for. more

WOW! I took my son in to see Dr. Watson today and what a great experience we had. They were very busy, but good busy and we still got right in and out. Dr. Watson & his staff were so friendly & efficient. I have to say thiat it is so refreshing to find an honest man. Dr. Watson actually told us to come back in six months. My son asked when we can go back? I told him six months and he was bumbed. AMAZING!!! more

Dr. W is nice, but did not appear as experienced as other orthodontists. He did not take measurements, or gauge, or any kind of drawings like some other orthodontists I had been too. He did not recommend that I have teeth extracted prior to having appliances put on and as a result my teeth bow out more then expected and my teeth are not in alignment between the top and bottom rows. The front-office has a very office feel but not comfortable feeling by any means but the back offices where services are provided were unique from what I've seen in the past. All the dental chairs are in a row and open and about 2 feet apart. Therefore other patients are observing as braces are adjusted, applied, etc... Therefore it makes for a less personal environment with Dr. W and other patients can listen to Dr./Patient discussions. Except the Dr. doesn't actually ever even treat you. he just comes and checks on his ""assistants"" work to see if they have done his work correctly. He is only there a minute or 2 max. Lastly, when meeting with staff to discuss prices, the meeting is lead by the office manager. I was given a hard sell when trying to decide if I wanted to go forward with braces/appliances. Some of the points made, were ?this is a good price?, ?don't you want straight teeth?, etc? In addition, Dr. W is not involved in this discussion, so meeting completely focuses the scripted sales dynamics of it all... she said it was ""a good price"" but it didn't seem any different than the average price. Other than the hard sell I probably would have gone elsewhere and now...after the fact I'm wishing I would have gone else where!! I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! more

Dr Watson is the worst dentist I have ever experienced in my 45 years of life and 6 children/husbands moves around the nation/state and various referrals we've gotten from treating dentists and orthodontists. He ruined 2 of my children's teeth then would not refund any of the almost $10,000 we had paid him (he had been paid in full) even though we had to go some where else and start completely over!! AND PAY EVEN MORE TO UN-DO THE DAMAGES DR. WATSON CAUSED!! Thank God that there ARE actually Ortho's out there who DO know what they are doing!! more

My child had one of the worst underbites that I had ever seen, but after a consultation with Dr Watson, I was hopeful that he could give the results that he had promised. My daughter got her braces on and within weeks I could already start to see a change, and now she has one of the brightest smiles around, all thanks to Dr Watson and his staff for being friendly and efficient in their work! I would never recommend anyone but Dr. Watson! Pros: Great Doctor and Staff Cons: nothing more

I had braces from Dr. Watson and I can honestly say that he is the best Orthodontist I have ever had! Never before have I had such an an amazing smile! I had braces when i was little but wasnt completly satisfied with the way my teeth looked..some stuck out and i really needed someone afforadable with the way the economy is now-a-days...I saw Dr. Watsons ad in my neighborhood newsletter and went in for an appointment..Dr. Watson was very optimistic that he WOULD get my teeth the way i wanted...I just got my braces off and LOVE MY TEETH!!!!!! My husband and I had meet Dr. Watson at a football game and let us know if your children need a orthodontist that his the Man for the job! My husband I stop by the spring office one day and what a sweet lady that welcome us in! We put all 3 of our children in for consltations right away. I have twin daughters that are 12 yrs old, who are terrified of ""DOCTORS."" I went in for my consultation and the consult with Dr. Watson was amazing. He made my daughters feel so comfortable as well as his Technicians. They were absolutely phenomenal and knew exactly what they were doing, any questions my daughters or I had they answered kindly and in a way we could understand exactly what they were doing. Needless to say my daughters are now out of braces and have been out of braces for about a year now, and I am just so amazed with how beautiful their smiles turned out. My husband and I are now in treatment and we are just so pleased with our results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Watson and his wonderful staff! Pros: Educated & Friendly more

when I had the consultation they said they're sales pitch& I guess I fell for it hook, line& sinker, however, the professionalism of the dentist having uneducated assistants doing his work and barely checking it in passing as he tells a joke is probably the reason for my endless pain, headaches, humiliation and utter horrifying experience! i just wish he would stand up and be accountable, but instead he states that he makes no mistakes, now ive read simular writings of dentists doing this to their customers, but ive never heard of a dentist who exclaims that he makes no mistakes? Doesn't everyone make mistakes? my mouth and teeth were vertually ruined, and when i got to another dentist it was just in time, tho ive had to pay watson almost in full 4k and im having to pay my new dentist to fix the problems as existed from the work watson did plus go back to fixing my teeth---no im sorry but there is no way i could recommend dr pain! Cons: caused pain and would not take responsibility even after a 2nd opinion agreed with me. more
