Ortega Tax Svc

I was disturbed about the comments that I was reading on Google about Ortega Tax Service. I have been doing my taxes for about 10 years with them, and I have never had any problems. they are very helpful, kind, knowledgeable people and very professional. what I have seen is that many people are looking to get bigger refunds from the IRS trying to cheat the system and they do not support it since they are very honest and additional they do not want the customer nor do they have any problems with the IRS. they have been doing taxes for over 20 years and want to be in the business for many years to come. I appreciate their hard work. more

Me and my husband decided to use Ortega Tax Service a few years ago because we thought they might have a little bit more experience with people in my husband's position, but boy was I wrong. To start off, it took them AGES to fill out all of the paperwork. I mean, we were literally there about 3 or 4 hours. Then, they charged outrageous fees for EVERYTHING. I was so happy to be able to leave, yet within a few months letters started coming from IRS saying we owed in back taxes and blah blah blah. The tax preparer had left tons of areas BLANK. I don't understand what she was doing the four hours we were there then! It was all resolved with a simple call, but it was a huge inconveince! Next time I'll be sticking with H&R Block. more
