I have never been faced with a business that was more unprofessional than that of Orsini. I asked for a refund for my shirt and was yelled at, spoken over, and when asked if I could complete my sentence the manager said ""NO."" I spoke with Orsini about printing a shirt, they sent gave me a price but when I sent the image, they increased the price stating it would take more work than originally discuessed. No problem. They were unable to meet the original deadline, pushed it back two days and when I showed up to pick up the shirt told me to come back in two hours. I was unable to accomidate their lack of punctuality and they printed the shirt in 10 minutes. When I was handed the shirt, it was not what I paid for. The print was not proportionate to the example I provided. Every portion where a solid color was printed, it was cracked like horribly dry skin. On top of the cracked print, SHE ATTEMPTED TO COLOR IT IN WITH PERMANANT MARKER AND HAND IT OFF TO ME!!! When I told her this was unacceptable she told me they do not issue refunds and can only reprint the shirt but it would appear the same. Where is the logic in that?\r
If the business cannot provide the service promised they need to inform the customer of so and issue a refund. When I asked if she was ok with putting the Orsini name on this shirt she said absolutely. \r
So we have a rude manager, inability to meet a deadline, poor photoshop skills, and poor print quality. I urge everyone to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
