The experience I had dealing the dealership was horrific. I brought my car in on November 12, 2013. I was told the reason my car was having problems was because of the shock plugs. I paid and had the shock plugs replaced. After leaving the dealership my car became even worse. I had to bring the car back on November 16, 2013. The service advisor I worked with the first time was not there. I had to leave my car at the lot and get a rental car for five days and had to have my car towed to the dealership. The service advisor who called me on November 18, 2013 was rude and told me that they don't know what's wrong with the car so he doesn't know if they can fix it. My phone calls weren't being returned. It was a frustrating situation. I had to come out of pocket for issues that should have been fixed the first time, I paid for a service that wasn't necessary, and the customer service from the advisor was terrible. I asked for assistance with my car rental and the advisor said he would talk to the service manager. None of my phone calls have been returned since. This is not how a customer should be treated at all.
