DR. Horn made me feel relaxed and at ease, my breast augmentation was surprisingly painful because i had my implant placed under the muscle. if i had it over i would apt for the above the muscle implants.\r I've had my implants since 1999 the only downfall is that they have always been hard and not very pliable.\r Nad Pros: looks ok a slight size differance Cons: not a real feel to the implants more
