I feel bad because the company calls us repetitively and it always takes me a while to call back due to work schedules, etc. I appreciate the reminder calls and the service itself! We have been using Advanced Pest Control for 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the company, the service, and the technicians. It is generally the same person, year after year...no surprises or apprehension about who is in our home, going into every nook & granny. If they see something out of the ordinary they bring it to our attention.....also when there has been an emergency, they were quick to respond. more

Advanced Pest Control is a Good Choice 2/17/2010

Advanced Pest Control has serviced our home for almost twenty years. From time to time we require additional services such as treatment for fleas that our dog introduced to the house. Additionally they have checked the home for termites after a neighbor discovered them in their home. more

Tried and true 2/17/2010

I have used APC for over 10 years. They are always on time and extremely professional. They always use shoe covers upon entering the house, make pleasant conversation and even remember details about our previous concerns. Nothing smells after they leave and we never have to worry about them disrupting our things. Best of all, I never see critters around unless they are dead! They call us to remind us when we need service. All we have to do is remember to pay! more

APC is the only pest control company I will ever use. My Sentricon system has kept me from EVER having a problem with termites in my home, as they attacked the Sentricon unit outside and away from the slab. I have the inside and outside of my home treated for ants and creepy crawly bugs quarterly and therefore I have never seen a live, active bug in the house. Their Customer Service is outstanding and their technicians are polite and careful. more
