Orion Investigation-Security

Security guard, middle eastern name, wrongly accuses residents of loud noises multiple times and submits a false story to management. He yells 'security! open the door' when he comes to your door and bangs on the door very hard. We were trying to sleep when this happened. He comes back multiple time while we are trying to sleep to once again bang on our door and tell us that we are turning the TV down when he comes. BS! I wish our apartment complex would use another company for their security. more

I called this evening to inform their patrol they have mistaken my friend's car for someone who lives in my complex. My friend has been to my complext twice and rightfully parks in the visitor parking spot. One day, he finds a warning slip on his windshield. HE DOESN'T LIVE HERE. So I called Orion to let them know they've made a mistake and avoid them towing my friend's vehicle next time he visits me. The young girl who answered the phone was short, rude and interrupted me as I tried to explain why I am calling. The conversation ended with ""Do you need help or what???"" As if I was bothering her. Imagine if someone just broke into my apartment and I needed on-site security assistance? Would I still have gotten the attitude? Having Orion Security Patrol where I live DOES not make me feel more secure. Thanks for the reassurance. they have out dated equipment very young with no experience under there belt to to the job hired for. will not hire them again. found out it is better to do buisness with the smaller companies Cons: staffing, vehicles, prices more
