Originals Beads & Gems

First time customer, I was introduced to Original Beads by a third party where I purchased two classes. However my first time experience with the Original Beads was a HUGE mistake and left me extremely disappointment and awful. I was on the list for a beading class for Original Beads here in San Antonio. Unfortunately I got sick the night before and was hoping I would have felt better by the morning. Because I was still sick I had called and left a message on their voicemail at their store at 9:17am, which they didn't open until 10am. In my message I stated I had to cancel due to me being sick. Later that I day I received a call and received a message stating to call back. As soon as I heard that message I returned the call and spoke with the person offering the class (I think the person who answered the phone said she was the owner-I HOPE I'M WRONG). Lady you must be nuts. I have been a customer of this bead store since its opening. The sales staff is great and the owner is great. They always go the extra mile to help me, and their classes are wonderful......They have a huge selection of beads and findings.....Go back to Omaha! more

On Tuesday, June 8 I purchased three items from this store. When I arrived home I was missing a bracelet I purchased. I called to inquire if the bracelet was on the counter. At first, I was told 'a bracelet wasn't sold'. I disagreed and was then asked for the receipt number. I was told that the bracelet was wrapped and given to me. Being out of state, I am disapointed in the behavior of the owner. I would not re-visit. Cons: Poor customer service, rude more
