I'm a very unhappy customer. When I placed my order I wrote "PLEASE include a fork..." Clearly, the restaurant did not read the note section. When my food arrived sans fork, I called them. I explained that while I didn't want to be difficult, I couldn't eat the salad (that with beverage & delivery fee & tip ended up costing $15) w/o a fork. I was told the driver would come back.
The driver DID come back - AN HOUR AFTER MY FOOD HAD BEEN DELIVERED, with 5 forks. By that time my salad has been sitting so long that it was gross, and even FIVE forks couldn't fix that.
Mistakes happen. I'm okay with that, but when they do ... MAKE IT RIGHT. Grubhub? Five stars. OIP? One.
