Original Cigar Store

If I could rate this store zero stars I would. Within the past 6 months I purchased ""Starbuzz Shisha"", or I thought I did. It didn't smoke well and continuously tasted like charcoal, I have had my own hookah for at least 5 years, it wasn't something I was doing wrong. I decided I would write the company to get their advice, maybe even a refund. The man I was connected with at Starbuzz was awesome and said to send him the shisha. A few days later i got a call, him telling me that what I purchased from The Original Cigar Store was NOT a Starbuzz Product, are leading customers to believe what they are selling is real, when it's not. If I am going to pay $20-25 for a product, I expect to get what I am paying for. I will not be going back to them, nor do I recommend anyone else does, if they are selling one fake product who knows how many more they are selling. more

Being a customer to a new chain in Broomfield, I decided to try a change and support the small business owner. I stubled accross the Original Cigar Store while running errands. I am so glad I chose to get out of my normal routine and try something new. The selction, the knowledge, the staff is just amazing. The building is very clean and has a private area to sit and smoke. It is a great casual place with no hounding sales people who have quotas to meet, nice! (To all chain stores, take the hint from this place.) The customer service agents are down to earth people with you in mind. I was greeted with a smile, told to take my time and if I had any questions ""just ask"" and they would be happy to assist me. No one watching me and breathing down my throat and telling me what I need. I was looking for a particular brand (hard to find one, and this place only had 3 left )and the sales-person got on the phone and found the product and even offered to have it delivered to my front door, as I live a few miles away. The sales-person said ""being with the crazy economy, we don't mind having it shipped to your door to save you a little gas money"". What! in this day and age a company willing to go above and beyond to save me money, WOW! It was not the grim response you get in most places no, we don't have it o'well. It was genuine and a very nice jesture, of going above and beyond. I ended up purchasing more than I expected and plan on using this place for all my cigar needs. You have a customer for life, no matter how far of a drive it is! To all the real cigar smokes out there, do shop at this place as it is well worth any drive. The way they take care of the consumer is well worth it. Thank you to the Origianl Cigar Store for being such a fine establishment and I am willing to spend some of my hard working money in your shop. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was the best place to be. The parking lot was neat and clean. Their was a patio section and to my suprise, inside was just as well kept up as outside. The product on the shelf had blown me away, as it was fully humidified and so much selection. It was amazing. The cigars were fresh, stocked, and reasonably priced. The staff was great. I was served by the owner and he was so knowledgable and dilgent with all my want and needs. He was straight forward, honest, and provided me with any answer I needed. If you have smoking needs or tobacco products, go to this place. It is the best in town... I no others say that they are number one. This store proves it. I will be back to this place as it is worth the drive from downtown Arvada.. From looking at the reviews that have been posted about this place, you can see why their are so many satisfied customers. I wish this place the best of luck in business and hope it to be around many more years. If you are having second thoughts about trying it, just go in and you will be changed for life. I have been reading the reviews on this place and decided to write my own experiance. I went into the Original Cigar Store in Arvada/Westminster and it was more than I imagined. I was thinking ""ya, people are writing about their experiances but it is too good to be true."" I was amazed. The place was so well designed and nice inside. The humidor area was full and eye appealing plus I smoke tobacco products and the place has an area of just that. I ended up walking out the door with $386.24 in product and I just came in to see what the hype was all about. What a great place and close and easy to find. So if your like me and go to the same old tobacco shops, look no more and try this place out. I am glad I just tryed it. That is all you have to do is just step foot through the door one time and you will be hooked like I am. Pros: Too much product.. Great! more

My wife and I went into the original cigar store and we are so glad that we found this place. From the moment you walk into the place it has that like home feeling. The shop was neat and clean and it is well taken care of. The inventory and club area was warm and inviting. I could not find one bad thing to say about this place. From the customer service to the quality of all the cigars, I was in heaven. It was like a little boy in the candy shop. So many choices, so many selections and it was just findingthe right one. With over 500 brand names to choose from finding just the right one was the hardest task. I will be back to this place. I love everything about it. For those of you who are having trouble finding a place with much selection, take my word for it, You will find it their. The prices are very cheap and the customer service is 5 star. It is like going into a small diner where everyone is treated like family. That is hard to find now a days. When I walked into the original cigar store I was met by the owner Rick. He was very friendly and had great knowledge of what I wanted and showed me other options of things I never imagined I would find. I ended up going for a few cigars and walked out with a new lighter, cigar cutter, and purchased a humidor to put my cigars in. What a great place. I like the smoking room. I sat in the nice leather chairs and was comfortable. Rick is a true professional and I wish him the best of luck on his business. If you are considering going to a cigar store. Go to this one. It is the best out of all the ones I went to. The selection they have far out does any other competitor. Go to this place today. You wont be disapointed. Since the opening of the of the new store. The have increased the Humidor to over 500 sq ft. The selection of the cigars they have to offer appeals to a vast variety of cigar smokers. They range from the budget concious cigars smoker to those wanting premium cigars, to include the cigars that are difficult to find. The owner also has an excellent selection of pipe tabacco and excessories, and humidors. In the back he has added a club lounge, along with membership lockers. The owner host many cigar tastings, along with special event parties, Giving the cigar enthusiast a place to hang their hat and enjoy their cigar. This is definately the finest store I have found.
