Had a problem with vaccum burning belts. They replaced the brush and belt a number of times refusing to replace the motor but suggesting it was the way I vaccum that caused the problem. Finally convinced them to replace the motor. Picked up the vaccum and they told me the motor had been replaced. They gave me a hard time about my warranty after they told me it was under warranty and covered. Got home and opened the vaccum to verify and the old motor was still in it. Called to complain and was told it was because I did not bring in my warranty card. I told them to call Oreck headquarters to verify the warranty and they accused me of not being the original owner even though I purchased the vaccum from them directly. The bigger issue is that they lied to me about replacing the motor. I told them to search for my receipt because after almost 6 years I couldn't find it. They asked me what day I bought it on because they did not order their reciepts by last name but rather by purchase date. Things became heated. I was told that they reserve the right not to serve me and that they never want to see my ""face again"". They also suggested I go buy something else. Eventually the woman I was speaking with hung up on me. \r

I would never bring my vaccum back in to this business for service so I am not asking for them to repair it. From the sales person to the service person to the owner this organization is filled with rude, incompetent and dishonest people.
Cons: A lot
