These guys are terrible. I spent $62 on a plant for my mother and they sent me the wrong plant in the wrong container. Worse, the plant arrived moldy, several days late, and quickly died. I called to complain and the manager would not return my calls. I managed to get him on the fifth call and he was rude and would not refund my money. I was in fact calling past the 1-week return date (which I was unaware of), but one expects a little more responsivity at prices like that.
