Great Service 12/15/2009

I recently bought our Christmas Tree from OSH and was very impressed with the employee who helped us find just right tree. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to find out what would work best in our home. We shop at OSH at least twice a month and always find their staff to be extremely helpful (unlike Home Depot) where you can never find anyone to help you. I'm so glad we have such a great store in our neighborhood! Pros: great selection, helpful staff more

Possibly the Worst Service In Home Improvement...and that is a competitive category to win! 12/30/2008

The previous reviewer thought that the bad service here was directed at women, but unfortunately they are equally bad to men. I only go to this store when I can't afford the time to drive 8 miles out of my way to Home Depot, but every time I go in, there another employee there to remind me of why I don't go there more often. Pros: Location, selection Cons: Staff in every department that would rather you not be there more

Maybe it is only this OSH that has poor customer service where women are concerned. The store itself has most everything that I need but whenever I have a question, especially when in the hardware dept. I have a hard time finding someone to help me. Pros: Good selection, Good parking Cons: Poor service more
