Agree with Neil. You would think the employees with nose rings could use the tools in the store to remove them. Duct tape to cover tattoos would be a good idea too. more

Threatening teller at Orchard Supply 6/20/2010

I do not like to be served by threatening, satanic looking tellers with rings through their lips and perforated earlobes with fat hole spacer. It bugs me that harsh scary looking employees can be allowed to interact with the OSH customers, and frankly young children might be frightened, Pros: OSH is great they have good variety of Hardware more

tired of the crowds at Home Depot and unfriendly staff who can't understand english let alone give you decent advice...i ventured across the street to OSH. And by gosh, it's better. lots. great selection, easier to get around, feels like a store not a warehouse. Friendly staff and the manager was very helpful and attentive when I had questions regarding my purchase. Great garden center too. Parking was a breeze - especially compared to HD across the street. I also happened in on a "tax free day" so I saved $50 off my purchase i hadn't even planned on. OSH by gosh - go, you'll love it. Pros: pleasant atmosphere, easy parking, customer service more
