Poor quality work and unqualified to do installation 11/26/2010

Extremely unreliable and poor quality work. Missed 3 appointments before showing up. Installed outdoor antenna, claimed it was properly grounded. It was not. Had to hire qualified electrician to fix installation. Electrician told me entire home was placed at risk by this contractor. more

Do not trust 11/26/2010

Needed a home theater installed. Rob showed up after 8 in the evening, more than 8 hours late, and ""wanted to get started."" Fortunately my husband was home. Rob from Orbital said he was an engineer. Spoke to my husband who said he wouldn't trust him to change a lightbulb. Rob started rambling about all sorts of nonsense and wanted to start taking apart a brand new TV to get a better picture (there was nothing wrong with the picture). My husband pretty quickly got him out of house. Be careful! more

Worst servie received 5/26/2009

Antenna installation took months and many revisits and broken promises. Finally it was so unsatisfactory they promised me my money back nbut that didn't happen either. I get very few channels and no reponse from the company. I would not trust them. Sorry I tried. Pros: Nice, personal, kind Cons: Terrible job - did not keep their word more

Top Notch ! very personable, Thanks 2/19/2009

These guys know what they are doing. My installation was difficult to say the least, I cannot even see any wires. They worked when it was 20 degrees outside.The price was much less than the others i contacted as well. Pros: Thumbs Up Cons: Were about an hour late , but called ahead to let me know more
