I have read many reviews of this merchant by now - on Facebook, Yelp, among others - and I am repeatedly seeing stories relating the same complaints that I have against this business. You place an order online, your payment is accepted promptly by the merchant (of course), they email you with an automatic response to your order, providing you with a non-functioning link to track your order with. You call their business phone number repeatedly, and cannot reach a response other than their automated voice response system stating that if you have called during business hours then ""they are with a customer"". Click. No way to even leave a message. Then you try emailing, again and again and again, and there is never a response. Not a single one. This place is terrible for their online customers. Everything I am reading about them is about the worst you can expect from a company doing business on the internet. I too will be lodging a complaint against them with PayPal, who I used to pay for my transaction. O.N.C.S., you would be wise to read your reviews if you still want online customers.
