Called this morning. Set an appointment between 3-6pm. Did not here from you by 5:30. Call YOU. You stated the serviceman was running about 45 minutes late. No problem. Goodnight now. It's 9:15pm and no word from you or the serviceman. What a joke. I will do my best to post this disservice to as many sites as I can. Oh, by the way, I'm a expert webmaster with contacts. This has got to be the worst service, follow up and company I've ever dealt with. Gee, and to think, I could have made an appointment with Anaheim Garage door for 8am Monday morning and spent the day on my boat. Your company is a total joke. more
