I really cant say enough about this management company. Ive lived in their buildings for over 3 ½ years now and I have literally no complaints. Not only is my building beautiful but if anything goes wrong, OC management has been great about their repairs. My dishwasher wasn’t working well, and they replaced it, no questions asked. Same went for my stove. Their maintenance people are professional, on time and reliable. The office staff has been excellent and kind with me. I’d highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent. more

The team at, Orange County Property Management have exceeded our expectations at every turn since they began managing our properties over 5 years ago. We moved overseas and had never used a property management company before. After researching and interviewing several companies in the orange county area, we decided to go with OCPM and are so glad we did. Lance Reichert has always taken care of everything immediately and kept us in the loop on any issues and updates as we expected. Lance has worked with us on several issues in a collaborative manner, coming up with the best solution for the tenant and for us. Keeping everyone happy in the process. Any time a tenant has moved out at the end of a lease, they have found new tenants for us in no time and we’ve rarely had a lapse in renters. Just signed a new lease for a townhouse in South Coast Metro area. The office staff has been very polite and largely efficient. Got the lease sorted out before I got to town and everything went very smoothly. The townhouse is very nice, clean, and the all-in-all very nice. more

Orange County Property Management has managed my property for years without a hitch. I know I have nothing to worry about with rent collections, building upkeep and general maintenance. Most importantly, my tenants do not bother me. OCPM has been a proven success for me! more

This weekend I had a massive leak in my down stairs bathroom – of course, stuff like this always happens on the weekend. So I was prepared that I would have to cancel all my plans waiting around to get this resolved! But when I called Orange County Property Management that manages my Tustin apartment, I got a prompt call back from the manager who put me in touch with their contractor, and the whole deal was under control within the next couple hours. I want to thank the Staff of OC for being so prompt, courteous, and competent and for saving my weekend. Thank you. more

When I called the office to setup a time to go and look at the apartment, Jasmin was no nice on the phone, that she already made me feel like I was home. When I actually went and saw the property, the grounds and unit was clean and everything seemed wonderful. Now that we have moved into the apartment, everything has been very nice, and if we do have a problem, (which has been minor issues) Norma and the office staff are quick to dispatch maintenance and they are quick to respond to fix the problem. more

As an owner of one of the properties that OC Management manages, I can say they have been 1000% professional, responsive, and timely. They have taken care of all repairs, collected rent for me in a timely manner, and returned emails/calls in minutes! They are a great company to work with! more

If they say they will do XYZ… They will do it! They have wonderful systems and procedures in place to where they can provide consistent and efficient management, every time. Also, they take full advantage of technology and contently advance to make it easier on tenants and owners alike. Very Professional, Kind and Courteous. We are new renters, and we love OCPM! My husband is in the Marines, and we were relocated from NC to CA, and they made themove really easy! We got here early and our house wasn’t quiet ready just yet, but they had their maintenance man there right always and he fixed everything! Their maintenance men are super friendly, honest, and good at their job, and whenever I call in a request he is usually here within a few hours! Best landlord we have had. I highly recommend them. more

I just wanted to thank you & your company for all the improvements that has been done here. When I moved here this place was a drug haven & the laundry room was used as the drug dealer’s office, it was so bad I wouldn't go out after dark. Since your company has taken over management, the complex not only has the appearance been drastically improved, but all the movement that was going on at night has ceased. And now with the laundry room being revamped I am very pleased with all the hard work that has been done here. Also, the manager Bonnie has been very professional in her position here, and I hope she stays here for a very long time. Thanks again for making complex a decent place to live more

Would just like to say thanks again to everyone at OC Property Management who helped out with my re-finance requests (appraisal inspection, paperwork requests) this past month. Your extra efforts helped me get the new loan deal closed this past week; the new 15 years, 3.5% loan is going to make a big improvement in my financial situation with this property going forward. The folks at Greenlight Financial did a great job of getting the loan closed quickly and with minimal fees; I can recommend them to anyone looking to re-finance. more

I never used to write reviews for companies, but this time I decided to communicate to everybody what a wonderful company this is and how grateful I am with them. OCPM has been managing my properties for the last couple of years and after speaking to some of my tenants, all I heard were great praise in how they have been treated and how they have taken care of their maintenance needs. With the only exception from a couple tenants wishing that the company was not so strict in paying their rent on time. Which, I blame myself for allowing the tenants to get away with it as much as they did while I was managing the properties. Since then OCPM has resolved my problem for late paying tenants and have given me peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. David G. more

Hey Marlen thank you for taking care of the dishwasher so quickly. I don't know what these people are talking about. I've lived in two different apartments Orange County Property Management has managed over the last eight years and never had a negative experience. The buildings are well maintained and you fix things quickly. Even when I was going through a hard time financially you were willing to work with me. I would have been homeless if not for OCPM. If others are unhappy with their service it's probably because those individuals are A-holes themselves. more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have dealt with them on numerous occations and let me tell you THEY SUCK. First experience attempting to rent a place was nearly impossible with those rude front desk girls. I mean, who do you think you are? They consistantly lied to me, ignored my requests for a status update and acted as if I was disturbing them whenever I stopped by (I had to drive a million miles just to go to the office because getting any response from the million voicemails I left over the phone, since they never answer, was impossible). I was beginning to think they were descriminating against me! Talk about LAZY. Then, to top it off...I was having problem neighbors for YEARS. No joke...YEARS. They did nothing about it, until the police got involved. No big surprise there. I am telling you to stay away from this place. They purposely try to screw tenants out of their money and treat people like dirt. The economy is bad right now and they should be lucky to have their jobs. Not take advantage. Hire new people. It is funny how the owner keeps responding to peoples negative reviews on Google in an attempt to turn the tables LOL. It won't work so you should give up. Most people out there know this company SUCKS and there is nothing you can do to change their minds. Good luck trying though! more

Lance Reichert from Orange County Property Management has been our property manager for over three years now. He came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. The entire rental experience was about as easy as it can get. He takes care of business, and doesn't bother you with small details. (Unlike other managers who are afraid to make decisions, call you every two seconds, and make you wonder why you have a manager in the first place.) He is flexible, and works with you in any situation you may be in. He communicates with you, and is very accessible. I am extremely happy with OCPM. I have not used him for buying/selling a property, but I am sure the experience will be just as professional. more

Eric, I have been doing property management for over 23 years now and I never thought that I would find a company that would manage my property like I do as if it where your own. In fact, you and your company have outperformed my own numbers from the prior years even after your management fees. Bravo! I am thoroughly impressed!
