Prompt, reliable, courteous, customer peace of mind. These are the hallmarks that make OC Computer Repair what it is. I'm surprised there is no queue of customers forming outside. My second trip here only reinforced the excellent service and helpfulness the entire OCC crew comprised of Michelle, Matts 1 & 2, and the big guy (sorry, forgot to ask your name) and others have demonstrated. My Computer is in the Best Hands... 4/7/2011

My writing projects were stalled by well-meaning friends who were reputed to “know all about computers.“ They didn’t (!) and the chronic problems that my five-year-old “Hal Jr.” had developed were “nickel-and-diming” me into ever more aggravating frustration. Looking finally for professional help, a stroke of good fortune brought me to the wonderful people at Orange County Computer. What a relief! They explained the problems in non-technical terms and offered several repair options, depending on my requirements and budget. Within one working day, they de-bugged Hal Jr., increased its power, unscrambled glitches I had caused, installed a new hard drive and, in general, restored my computer to its original performance. After I set it up and plugged it in, they made sure with a phone call that everything was working properly. I could not be more pleased with their service and I now recommend Orange County Computer to my friends as a first resort! more

Orange County Computer and Media Blend were outstanding in putting my web-site together. I shopped around before choosing them, and from the very beginning they where the most personable and the most reasonably priced. It was a very easy process from start to finish. Many times letters are written to companies to share concerns or “areas for improvement” regarding their product, customer service or customer support. The Best Computer Company to solve all your computer problem 7/8/2010

Orange County Computer did a great job helping me with my computer problem. I had taken my system to another IT Place, but they had no idea what they were doing and were unable to completely resolve my issues. When I walked into Orange County Computer I was greeted with a friendly smile and was immediately helped. \r \r My system not only had a bad virus infection but also some other quirky system malfunctions that no one was able to resolve until I took my system to the technicians at Orange County Computer. They were able to repair my system within 24 hours! I noticed that all the techs were Microsoft Certified and were well versed in hardware and software solutions. The only IT Services company you will ever need! 6/14/2010

Orange County Computer has really helped me out over the years. The techs are not only competent but they are friendly and you can actually understand what they are saying when they talk to you. The staff are all Microsoft Certified and truly knowledgeable in what they do. I won't take my systems anywhere else. They can do anything over there! Go check them out!
