Orange Coast Plumbing

Last week I had some work done to my bathrooms and had the water heater replaced.\r The plumbers were Toby R. and Larry S. They arrived within the promised time frame. They explained what needed to be done and recommended some additional work to be done. Afterwards, they went over their work with me. They cleaned up fully when the job was done. My bathrooms have never looked and functioned so well. They were friendly, efficient and professional.\r The dry wall repairer was Javier D. As with the plumbers, he arrived within the promised time. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. He cleaned up fully when he was finished. The wall repair was so well done that one cannot tell that there were ever any holes in the drywall.\r In short, I am very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company for plumbing work and repairs Pros: on time - friendly and efficient more

My air conditioner just was not getting very cold. I called \r and within an hour Tyler showed up. He was really friendly and was able to fix my problem right away. i was really impressed with the amount of parts and supplies that he had on his truck. My water company sent me a letter saying that my water usage was vey high compared to previous months and suggested that I call a plumber because I probably had a leak. Jesse and Chuck came out and I did have a leak underground. They were able to fix everything for me. What I really liked is that everyone that I came into contact with this company - office staff to technicians were very friendly. I would recommend them Pros: Excellent Customer Service more

You can count on the Air Conditioning technicians at Orange Coast Plumbing to be able to figure out what is wrong and fix the problem right the 1st time. I has another company out 3 times and they still were not able to figure out what the problem was, they just kept trying to sell me a new system, the system that I had was only 5 years old and I has purchased it from them. Finally I had enough, told them to take a hike and calle Orange Coast Plumbing to come out instead. They cane out and fixed the problem the !st time. He arrived quickly and took care of my problem ( I had a toilet that\r constantly ran) I was very impressed with how neat and clean he was - he left the area that he worked on clean and neat - he even wiped off the top of the tank cover.
