This is absolutely the worst place to work! If you are considering working here as a nurse, don't! If you have seen one flew over the coo coo's nest, then the staff has not changed, most nurses I worked with are nurse Ratched. This place is all about politics, and negativity. If you can help it, do not work there, they don't really seem to care much about the health of the patients in getting better. They just want to continue to control, and misuse their power, its a sick place, the staff is worse than the patients.
