Best Place For Naturally Curly and Wavy Hair 10/14/2006

Teresa Callen at Opus does the best cuts and color on natural curls and waves. For more Information the number to reach her at is 650 322-6868. She moved to a new location in April 2009. Pros: If you wear you hair in its natural curl or wave she is awesome. Cons: Sometimes she takes a few days or a week to return a phone call. more
