My experience with opulence aesthetic medicine was very rewarding. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The treatment I received is not a secret, I would tell my story to the world if I need too, actually I’ve told my story a million times to people everywhere I go. Doctor Dodds really took care of me with passion and concern; I felt like family that’s how much she cared for me. I am grateful for her. When I came to her office I previously had surgery out of the country because of cost difference in the US. I was having some complication issues and No other doctor would help me, I was out of money, couldn’t keep my food down, Nothing was going good for me. So I contacted doctor Dodds’ office crossing my fingers that she would take me in the midst of my situation and thank God she said she took me right in. When I arrived at her office I happy I finally could get the help I needed being that the hospital couldn’t do anything else for me. When doctor Dodds walked in the room she gave me a hug and said “I’m going to take care of you” I was so relieved and although I didn’t have a dime, she took care of me and was patient enough for me to get some money. On top of that she gave me a great discount. Again I felt so safe in her office an every time I see her face I get a sense of joy in my spirit. All I know is she’s my life saver and who ever knows her personally are very lucky people. I will use her services again. I swear I love this lady like a mother and she has no idea how much I value her. Now I am all better and loving my body sooo much. Thank you Doctor Dodds and Staff. more

I walked in to Nedra Dodds office for a consultation last month. The women up front were nice but they took long to sign me in because the phones were ringing off the hook which was a little irritating. When I saw Dr.Dodds, I told her how I wanted my body to look and she was very honest with me on what I was to expect. I had went around to other cosmetic doctors and she had the lowest quote. She made me feel good about the situation. I ended up having lipo. The day of I had to wait a hour because Dr. Dodds was still in surgery with someone else. After my surgery, I was able to get up and walk out like nothing happened which I thought I would have to be wheel chaired out. I went in the next day to take a shower and I went in immediately. No wait time. Everyone was really nice. I have been doing my follow up appointments which are really helping me and I love the results! I would highly recommend Dr. Dodds. The only problem I had was waiting to long to be seen. Sometimes I had to wait 20 mins. Other than that, they pretty much treated me like family. You can’t say that about most places. more

I had such an amazing experience at Opulence. What made it so Great, is that during a horrible storm the level of security and comfort they supplied to me and another young lady was certainly beyond the call of duty. The power was knocked out for a short moment but the procedure went fine. I Love Opulence. Thank you so much for you care and good works. more

My laser hair removal was unsuccessful. Lisa was great, though very personable, knowledgable. My last visit she never showed for my appointment. I never received a follow up call from the office after I left for waiting over an hour. Even after I expressed unhappiness with my laser results..over a year I hung in there, three times the cost of the original estimate. Unprofessional, mismanaged office. more

I hear Dr. Dodds is a wonderful surgeon but I have had no experience with her. I do however, visit Lisa frequently for hyalauronic injections, Botox, Pelleve, Pixel and IPL. She is wonderful! I recommend her to all of my friends. Her expertise is the hyalauronic injections. She is a sculpting artist with those little needles. She lifts the face and makes it look natural. -I did see the reviews about scheduling and that has been an occasional issue. It's worth it as it's hard to find a medical assistant who is as knowledgeable as Lisa (she explains everything in detail!) and who is also an artist. She's worth the wait. :) more

Do Not - I REPEAT: DO NOT waste your time at this place. The review by daltondiva is more than misleading! The staff is unprofessional and incapable of proper communication. I drove for 30 mins to get to my appointment, only to be informed upon my arrival that: ""my appointment was not confirmed and that I would have to wait to see if the doctor could fit me in."" This after I received TWO, count them - not one but TWO emails confirming my appointment - SERIOUSLY?! I am a busy professional and I do not have the time for these types of Shenanigans. There are MANY other quality places that provide the same services with less aggravation. I caution you - BEWARE! more
