I have had the worst customer service the past couple days. I can't believe the things I have been told. The tech was supposed to complete the install, and said he had to run to the office, and he would be back, but never showed up, or called. Now I am being told I have to wait another week. Also I was told by a representative that if I can't get someone out before the 14th then I can just cancel my service. I work for a call center doing support for ISP's, and I would lose my job if I were to do this. I can't believe this is how people get treated. Just because you're a monopoly doesn't mean you get to treat people this way. I have no choice but to have your service so it would be nice to not have to deal with this crap
